Director of Workforce Development
Erika's professional background spans the not-for-profit sectors of youth development, national service, green construction, and workforce development. Soon after installing panels with GRID for the first time while serving as an AmeriCorps member with Habitat Humanity East Bay, she co-founded Green City Force, a non-profit that combines service and training to connect youth of low-income backgrounds to opportunities in the green economy. Erika joined GRID Alternatives in 2015 and is proud to now focus her time on making solar careers accessible through supporting GRID Alternative's workforce development efforts. Erika is a Brooklyn, NY native and studied Computer Science and Studio Art at Wellesley College in Massachusetts.
