Leslie Davis

Based in the New York Tri-State office, Leslie Davis is the Multifamily Housing Manager for GRID Alternatives. In this capacity Leslie assists multifamily affordable housing owners/managers and developers to implement solar PV on their properties. Leslie works very closely with these stakeholders to understand their needs, explain the benefits of going solar, and educate them about their project funding options. She brings together the no upfront cost technical assistance, contractor services and funding sources for each project.

Prior to joining GRID, Leslie worked for Solar One on the Clean Energy Community Partnership on behalf of NYSERDA. She was responsible for sustainable and renewable energy outreach and education—working to establish sustainable communities. Leslie started her career in energy efficiency, conducting lighting and residential building audits. She then worked as a project manager for private real estate owners, overseeing the audit and reporting for energy efficiency measures. Leslie has a background in residential and commercial real estate and property management, which gives her an understanding of the relationship between energy efficiency and the built environment. She has her BS in Accounting from Hunter College and previously worked as an Operation Manager at ABC News, overseeing budgets and logistics for large scale events.
