Policy and Regulatory Affairs Director
As the Policy & Regulatory Affairs Director for GRID, Elise leads many of GRID's legislative and regulatory efforts in California to expand access to solar, storage, microgrids and other clean energy technologies to low-income communities across the state. Previously, Elise spent three years developing and advocating for energy storage policies and strategies at PG&E. She has also held program management roles at Build It Green and at the Environmental Protection Agency. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Stanford and a MBA from University of Michigan.
