SolarCorps Workforce Development Fellow
Melissa Bergsneider is a SolarCorps Workforce Development Fellow in the HQ office. She was born and raised in Colombia and worked in energy efficiency before joining GRID. Melissa wants to make solar energy as accessible and wide-spread as possible. An interesting fact about Melissa is that she used to be the lead guitarist for an all-female punk band in college. Melissa majored in Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Business at Kelley School of Business, Indiana University and volunteered as a community coach for the Save the Arctic Campaign at Greenpeace USA. Melissa was also an intern for a community tourism project in the Amazon rainforest.
