Como un adicto en recuperaci\u00f3n que estaba tratando de cambiar su vida, Dwight vio la energ\u00eda solar como una oportunidad para un nuevo comienzo. Asisti\u00f3 al Centro de Capacitaci\u00f3n de East L.A. para obtener la certificaci\u00f3n en energ\u00eda solar, pero dice que el trabajo voluntario en GRID fue lo que hizo que todo saliera bien. \u201cPuedes pasar a\u00f1os estudiando un idioma y no entenderlo hasta que te sumerges en \u00e9l\u201d, dijo. \u201cLo mismo ocurre con la energ\u00eda solar\u201d.
