Con aproximadamente 44,000 empleos en la industria solar en California, las oportunidades laborales est\u00e1n volvi\u00e9ndose m\u00e1s abundantes, pero tambi\u00e9n m\u00e1s competitivas. GRID est\u00e1 dando impulso a la fuerza laboral solar, ayudando a los apasionados buscadores de empleo a mejorar sus curr\u00edculos mediante la participaci\u00f3n en proyectos de voluntariado y asistencia a talleres sobre energ\u00eda solar. Sin embargo, eso no es todo lo que GRID tiene para ofrecer.
