Durante el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o, estos becarios trabajar\u00e1n en las oficinas de GRID en todo el estado adquiriendo nuevas habilidades mientras ayudan a llevar energ\u00eda solar y formaci\u00f3n laboral a las comunidades que atendemos. PG&amp;E, un socio de larga data de los programas de desarrollo de la fuerza laboral de GRID, ha patrocinado becarios solares en GRID desde 2012.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conoce a la generaci\u00f3n de 2016-2017 de los becarios de PG&amp;E Solar que participan en el programa SolarCorps de GRID:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tras iniciar su carrera en la industria automotriz <strong>Raymond Reymundo<\/strong> Busc\u00f3 un cambio de ritmo y pronto se encontr\u00f3 trabajando como voluntario en una obra de GRID. Ahora, como miembro del programa SolarCorps Construction, Raymond, apodado Ray Ray por sus amigos y compa\u00f1eros de trabajo, est\u00e1 entusiasmado por perfeccionar sus habilidades como instalador solar en la Central Valley.<\/p>\n<p><strong>John Cervantes<\/strong> Es originario de Turlock, California, y es veterano del Ej\u00e9rcito de los Estados Unidos. Cuando se present\u00f3 la oportunidad de recibir formaci\u00f3n laboral en instalaci\u00f3n solar, John estaba ansioso por aprender. Se siente incre\u00edblemente orgullosa de ser parte del programa SolarCorps Outreach Fellow, que trabaja para ayudar a las familias de la Bay Area a ahorrar dinero \u2014y energ\u00eda\u2014 gracias al uso de energ\u00eda solar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stuart McFarland<\/strong> Su carrera anterior como profesor de Ingl\u00e9s como Segunda Lengua (ESL) lo llev\u00f3 a trabajar en varios pa\u00edses de todo el mundo, pero est\u00e1 muy feliz de haber encontrado su camino de regreso a California.
