Ahora se supone que ya sabes en qu\u00e9 direcci\u00f3n quieres encaminarte para garantizar que ser\u00e1s productivo, exitoso y puedas disfrutar de los pr\u00f3ximos pasos de tu vida. \u00bfCu\u00e1ntas personas pueden decir que ya ten\u00edan todo solucionado al graduarse de la secundaria y hab\u00edan tomado las medidas necesarias para hacer que eso ocurriera?<\/p>\n<p>Para Donald Fries, ese d\u00eda fue el 31 de mayo de 2017, el d\u00eda de la graduaci\u00f3n. Afortunadamente, Donald ya hab\u00eda tomado algunas decisiones sobre lo que iba a hacer a continuaci\u00f3n. El 22 de septiembre de 2016, se uni\u00f3 a sus compa\u00f1eros de clase de la Merced Union High School District en una clase impartida por Kahri Boykin, instructor de Tecnolog\u00eda Solar y Conservaci\u00f3n de la Energ\u00eda, en su primera instalaci\u00f3n solar con GRID Alternatives. Desde ese primer d\u00eda, ha participado en seis instalaciones solares, instalando 21 kilovatios de electricidad y ayudando a prevenir 417 toneladas de gases de efecto invernadero. Aunque esto es incre\u00edble, tambi\u00e9n es el primer participante de nuestro programa <a href=\"https:\/\/gridalternatives.org\/es\/what-we-do\/workforce-development\/solar-futures\/\" title=\"Enlace a m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre nuestro programa Solar Futures.\">Programa Solar Futures<\/a> Lograr un hito de m\u00e1s de 100 horas de voluntariado en el Valle Central. Kahri Boykin es apasionado cuando se trata de ense\u00f1ar a sus estudiantes. Una vez que \u00e9l y Donald completaron la labor de reparaci\u00f3n del tejado en su \u00faltima instalaci\u00f3n, Kahri declar\u00f3: \u201cComo experiencia laboral general en la industria verde, GRID ha sido un socio vital para llevar tecnolog\u00eda verde y desarrollo de la fuerza laboral a los estudiantes de escuelas secundarias. Siente que ha crecido mucho desde que comenz\u00f3 con GRID y que la habilidad m\u00e1s valiosa que ha aprendido es el trabajo en equipo. Est\u00e1 planeando asistir al Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico Universal (UTI) en Sacramento y trabajar en la industria solar mientras estudia. Para resumir su experiencia en una palabra, dijo que ha sido \u201c\u00a1divertido!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Puede que haya muchos m\u00e1s giros y revueltas en su futura carrera profesional, pero si la
