Queridos Amigos,<\/p>\n

Fue un verdadero placer conocer a tantos apasionados seguidores de GRID durante el evento anual de Interconexi\u00f3n de GRID celebrado en San Francisco el mes pasado. Me un\u00ed al equipo de GRID en julio como Vicepresidenta de Desarrollo y todav\u00eda estoy aprendiendo sobre la organizaci\u00f3n y las diversas formas en que nuestro trabajo inspira a las personas y conecta con sus pasiones.<\/p>\n

Para m\u00ed, unirme a GRID fue una oportunidad para seguir llevando a cabo mi misi\u00f3n de fortalecer a las personas y al planeta a trav\u00e9s de la filantrop\u00eda. El trabajo de GRID vincula los sistemas sociales, econ\u00f3micos y ambientales para obtener resultados tangibles para las comunidades m\u00e1s vulnerables. Juntos con nuestros clientes, participantes en proyectos, socios y patrocinadores, estamos tomando medidas positivas para abordar el cambio clim\u00e1tico de una manera que beneficie a todos nosotros.<\/p>\n

Mi funci\u00f3n en GRID es promover una cultura de filantrop\u00eda que nos permita obtener los recursos financieros necesarios para continuar construyendo y expandiendo esta labor. Para lograrlo, me centro en fortalecer las relaciones con nuestra diversa red de patrocinadores, desde personas y familias generosas hasta empresas y corporaciones socialmente responsables, fundaciones estrat\u00e9gicas y organismos p\u00fablicos. Necesitamos que todos los sectores \u2014p\u00fablicos, privados y filantr\u00f3picos\u2014 avancen en soluciones innovadoras a los incre\u00edbles desaf\u00edos que enfrentamos hoy. <\/p>\n
