A los 21 a\u00f1os, Chiena Ty sab\u00eda que pod\u00eda hacer m\u00e1s por el medio ambiente. Este programa le brind\u00f3 la oportunidad de centrarse en educar a otros sobre los beneficios que GRID aporta a las comunidades que sirven y ense\u00f1ar a los estudiantes sobre la energ\u00eda solar.<\/p>\n

Chiena cree que la energ\u00eda solar y su impacto en las normas sociales tienen un futuro brillante. \u201cCon la nueva ley de California que obliga a instalar paneles solares en nuevas construcciones, creo que ahora m\u00e1s personas ser\u00e1n informadas sobre la energ\u00eda solar. Tras invertir un a\u00f1o en la industria solar, Chiena conf\u00eda en que el voluntariado en GRID fue la opci\u00f3n correcta. \u00bfQu\u00e9 consejo le dar\u00eda a quienes est\u00e9n interesados en comenzar? Chiena se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la industria solar no se reduce solo a la construcci\u00f3n o a la instalaci\u00f3n de paneles. \u201cSolo porque hayas realizado la formaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica para la instalaci\u00f3n no significa que no puedas establecer redes o conectar con otras partes de la industria con las que de otra manera no habr\u00edas podido hacerlo\u201d, explica. \u201cSi siempre tienes una buena \u00e9tica de trabajo, la gente te recordar\u00e1 y te ayudar\u00e1 a conectar con recursos que pueden ayudarte a darte un camino hacia una carrera en la industria solar.\u201d <\/p>\n
