En 1957, cinco a\u00f1os antes de pronunciar su discurso \u201cI Have a Dream\u201d, el Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. pronunci\u00f3 por primera vez un discurso desde los escalones del Lincoln Memorial. Ese d\u00eda, exigi\u00f3 que el gobierno federal protegiera los derechos de voto de los afroamericanos, en lo que lleg\u00f3 a ser conocido como el discurso \u201cGive Us the Ballot\u201d: <\/p>\n

Sesenta y cinco a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, la lucha contin\u00faa.
