En 2023, el Equipo de Recursos Humanos de GRID IE capacit\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de 340 miembros de la comunidad mediante pr\u00e1cticas remuneradas, Solar Futures, formaci\u00f3n virtual e IBT 200.<\/p>\n

Desde el lanzamiento del Centro de Formaci\u00f3n en Tecnolog\u00eda Limpia de GRID IE en 2022, nuestro Equipo de Recursos Humanos ha redefinido la forma en que el Inland Empire se integra en una econom\u00eda en auge basada en la energ\u00eda limpia que beneficia a todos. <\/p>\n

En 200 horas, nuestros estudiantes de IBT 200 completan un curso de 5 semanas a tiempo completo que cubre la instalaci\u00f3n completa de sistemas fotovoltaicos en el aula y trabajando junto a nuestro equipo profesional de construcci\u00f3n en el campo. Su extenso programa de estudio incluye objetivos de aprendizaje como OSHA 10, RCP\/Primeros auxilios, conceptos b\u00e1sicos de construcci\u00f3n y electricidad, instalaci\u00f3n, puesta en marcha, operaciones y mantenimiento, y preparaci\u00f3n para el empleo.<\/p>\n

Angel se encontr\u00f3 con IBT 200 durante su formaci\u00f3n en construcci\u00f3n y OSHA 10. En su caso, es importante \u201cNo tengas miedo al fracaso. La persistencia y una actitud de aprendizaje son clave. GRID quiere que tengas \u00e9xito\u201d,\u201d<\/strong><\/em> dijo. <\/p>\n

\u201cPlaneo seguir una carrera como instalador solar de nivel b\u00e1sico\u201d,\u201d<\/strong><\/em> Jorge comparte que su objetivo es aprender las \u00faltimas tecnolog\u00edas solares a trav\u00e9s de las clases del IBT 200 y las actividades pr\u00e1cticas en el laboratorio.<\/p>\n
