Para demostrar su preparaci\u00f3n para carreras gratificantes y exigentes en la industria solar, se organiz\u00f3 una exposici\u00f3n solar donde los estudiantes pudieron mostrar sus habilidades a posibles empleadores. Sin la orientaci\u00f3n del Equipo de Empleo, que los capacit\u00f3, el grupo trabaj\u00f3 juntos para instalar un sistema solar en el tejado simulado del CTTC. <\/p>\n

El plan de estudios de IBT 200 se basa en NABCEP<\/a> PV Installer Specialist Job Task Analysis, una organizaci\u00f3n de certificaci\u00f3n establecida y reconocida en la industria de la energ\u00eda renovable. Con ramos de flores, cestas de regalos y sonrisas, los invitados escucharon discursos del Equipo de Formaci\u00f3n Profesional mientras contaban la ardua labor y el crecimiento de la cohortea\u2014incluyendo un reconocimiento especial a Las primeras mujeres en IBT 200<\/a>. \u00a1Al final de sus discursos, dos de los graduados del IBT 200, Gregory B. y Joaly M., fueron invitados al escenario para pronunciar su propio discurso!<\/p>\n
