Brian Ferenz

Brian grew up in the Nutmeg State and comes to GRID with an enthusiasm for solar. He began in the electrical trade in 2002 and earned his Connecticut E2 Journeyman's License in 2008. After moving to Boulder, Colorado in 2010 with his wife, Alyssa, he began working at Namaste Solar in 2011. While working on residential and commercial installations, he earned his NABCEP PV Installation Certification. He also worked in the Residential Service and Commercial O&M departments. Brian was proud to be a founding member of the Namaste Solar Foundation, which grants money to organizations focused on education, health, and the environment. He moved back to the east coast in 2015 and feels blessed to have landed with such a great organization. He likes to spend a lot of time outdoors hiking with his boys.
Brian lives in Westchester with his wife, sons Levi and Calvin, and chocolate lab Grady.
