Kara Li

Kara Li was born in Yanji, China, and immigrated to the United States in 2013. She has been living in Koreatown, Los Angeles, with her family ever since. She graduated from UCLA in 2022 with a B.A. in International Development Studies and a minor in Chinese Language. After graduating, she worked at The Energy Coalition as an Energy Data Analyst Fellow through AmeriCorps. Following the fellowship, she joined GRID Alternatives as a Grants Administrator to support the team with expanding grants. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, and trying out different workouts.
