Greetings from your friends over at GRID Central Valley. Today I’d love to share some amazing news with you all! Our very own IBT-200 trainee, Johnny Leal, has now found his place in the solar industry! Our partners at Workforce Connection helped us find Johnny. He was very determined, has always put his best foot forward, and is very eager to learn. Johnny had just completed our training and not even two weeks later he is starting his career in solar. He is now on a team of two running inspections for Solar Maintenance Pros.
Johnny Leal came back to our office to share with us the great news that he was hired at Solar Maintenance Pros as an inspector. He said “Five weeks ago I started this program, and I gained a lot of knowledge.” “If it wasn't for GRID I wouldn't have gotten the skills necessary to find a job in the solar industry. Thank you.” It is truly a blessing as well as a great privilege to see a trainee first walk into our doors wanting to learn about solar, to graduating knowing he is fully prepared to start in the solar industry. Seeing stories like this unfold is why we love what we do. It truly brightens our teams day seeing the happiness and joy on our trainee’s face and we hope it does for you as well.
