A solar electric system at no cost?! Bill Shearer and his family couldnt believe it. But not too long ago, this became reality for them! Through GRID Alternatives, the Shearer family received a 6.9 kW solar system designed to lower their annual electricity bill by about 80% at no cost to them. This translates into about $64,755 saved and 219 tons of CO2 emissions reduced over the life of the system.
On February 27th GRID Alternative Inland Empire installed its 200th solar electric system in Redlands, California, reaching a total 1 MEGAWATT of solar electric power installed throughout Riverside and San Bernardino Counties!
