Gergana Trautman

Gergana graduated from the University of Economics in Varna, Bulgaria with a Bachelor in Industrial Economics. Her passion has always been Solar and Renewable energy. After building Topaz Solar Farm (550 MW) in the Carizzo Planes for almost 4 years, she traveled all over California, following the big commercial Solar projects - from Adams East Solar Farm (40 MW), to Corcoran 2 Solar Farm (90 MW). Then, eventually realized that she needed to learn a lot about residential Solar and worked for two amazing solar companies in the Bay Area and Fresno - "American Solar" in Sausalito and "Pacific Solar" in Fresno. After traveling for such a long time, she wanted to come back to the Central Coast, because here it always felt like home to her. She came back last year to be with her friends in Shell Beach and with Grid Alternatives Central Coast, she found her Beautiful Solar Home and her Amazing Solar Family now ;) gtrautman@gridalternatives.org
