Jeanette Zubia

Jeanette is a San Fernando Valley Native who now calls East Los Angeles her home. She previously worked in the property and casualty insurance industry for seven years, but joined Grid Alternatives GLA as part of the Grants Administration team. While the two are on different ends of the spectrum, her true passion lies in making a positive impact on others’ lives and contributing to the healing of communities and the environment. Jeanette draws inspiration from the diverse stories of everyone here at GRID Alternatives and is enthusiastic about being part of the organization’s mission of working together to help build up and strengthen communities who need it the most.

Outside of work, she enjoys moments spent with her fiancé and family. Her favorite place to be is in Mammoth Lakes, CA, where she explores all the beautiful lakes and hiking trails!
