Selena Pacheco
Outreach Coordinator
Selena E. Pacheco is an Outreach Coordinator working in the Outreach Department For our GRID Alternatives, L.A. Branch. She started off as a Volunteer and was then offered a fellowship with SolarCorps that allowed her to meet a variety of people with interest in community activism, outreach and clean energy. Selena was then offered a position at Grid as an Outreach Coordinator and has enjoyed learning about solar energy as well as empowering communities with energy saving technology.
Before joining GRID Alternatives, she attended Pomona College where she majored in Sociology and Minored in Chicano/Latino Studies and received her B.A. Originally from the South Side of Chicago, she enjoys the outdoors, finding the best breakfast burrito and values a good book or documentary. Selena has grown a passion for community empowerment through education and resource collaboration.
