Uriel Garcia

Uriel Garcia is a SolarCorps construction fellow at GRID Alternatives, where he helps install solar panels alongside a dedicated team. Uriel has been involved in construction since the age of 12, working during summer vacations and continuing tile installation full-time until he graduated high school. After that, he worked in the family business for an additional seven years. Seeking to make a positive impact on the world, he decided to pursue a career dedicated to helping families go green. Uriel graduated from the Installation Basics Training (IBT200) program in July 2024 and then entered the grid through a SolarCorps internship to deepen his knowledge in the solar photovoltaic field. He is passionate about service and has a unique interest in sustainable energy solutions.
