SOLAR SHOWCASELocal solar employers and workforce partners are invited to meet our IBT 200 trainees and observe their skills in action.
Employers in attendance will receive trainee resumes, contact information, and a list of skills that the trainees acquired during the intensive five-week IBT 200 training course.
During this hour the GRID IE trainees will demonstrate their new skills and show potential employers their values of dedication, teamwork, safety, and endurance.

GRADUATION CEREMONYTrainee family members, potential employers, and workforce partners are invited to join us for our graduation ceremony, celebrating the accomplishments of our IBT 200 graduates.
