My journey with GRID Alternatives began in April 2019, where I immersed myself in the Solar Installation Program. After a year of intensive training, I dedicated myself to volunteering with the organization until April 2022. My commitment evolved into a professional role as a Community Engagement Coordinator starting May 2022. In this capacity, I've started new paths, collaborating with city and government officials to orchestrate community initiatives.
Prior to GRID Alternatives, I was a Senior Loan Advisor from August 2005 to April 2022. This prior experience with extensive interaction with Homeowners has complimented my efforts at GRID Alternatives. My exposure in Solar Energy coupled with my bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, has been instrumental in educating the homeowners we serve in navigating the renewable energy sector.
At my core, I am open-minded and self-motivated, constantly seeking out innovative ideas and adapting to change. My proactive efforts and approach foster persistent learning and professional development. With a deep strategic foundation, I adeptly formulate and implement initiatives that yield fruitful results. My industry insight allows me to offer valuable solutions, enhance community relations and drive engagement. My aspiration is to make a meaningful contribution to the communities I serve, striving to be a pivotal force for positive change.
