As the Workforce Development Lead Instructor at GRID Alternatives Greater Los Angeles and Pacoima, I’m dedicated to sharing this expertise with the next generation of solar professionals. My passion lies in empowering the community through the Installation Basics Training (IBT) Program, where I teach safe, efficient, and proper solar installation techniques. Helping others gain valuable skills and making a positive impact in the community is what drives me every day.
