We're honored and pleased to announce news: GRID Alternatives Greater Los Angeles accepted an award of $10,000 from the Dwight Stuart Youth Fund! In its first time funding GRIDLA, DYSF is making yearlong solar education possible for individuals ages 16 to 24. Our project will ensure that students from our partner youth service organizations benefit from multiple hands-on training experiences. This will allow partners to look beyond budget contraints when considering how to provide their youth with viable green career opportunities. We look forward to expanding our impact on young people with an interest in renewable energy—thanks to DSYF for supporting us and the solar movement!
