Just a few years ago, we met Welson Vue through our High School Solar Futures program at Edison High School—a program designed to spark interest in renewable energy careers among students. Welson stood out early on for his curiosity and commitment to learning.
After graduating, he took the next big step by enrolling in our IBT 200 program, where he gained hands-on training and industry knowledge. Today, we’re proud to announce that Welson’s solar future has officially begun!
This milestone is more than just a career achievement—it’s a story of perseverance and family inspiration. Welson’s journey motivated his older brother to follow in his footsteps and enroll in IBT 200 as well. As of today, both brothers are officially part of the solar industry, building a legacy that will impact their family and community for years to come.
