Miguel Rodriguez

Before joining GRID, Miguel trained with us, attending IBT 200. After being laid off from his work as a warehouse clerk, Miguel saw an opportunity to change careers and gave Solar a try. He’s happily married, and they have two boys. During the summer, they are often seen fishing and cooling off at the lake. This is Miguel’s first time working for a non-profit. He enjoys the environment and says the team is treating him well. He plans on growing his skills with GRID and is inspired to become an electrician in the near future.
