“Standing on the edge was pretty scary at first,” Rigo shares. However, repeated exposure from training in IBT 200 allowed him to persevere. Born and raised in Reedley, CA, Rigo is a family man (a wife and two little ones). Before he changed his journey, he was a delivery driver for a medical equipment company. Concerned with being stuck at a job with no future and wanting to better his family, Rigo decided it was time to consider his options. After completing IBT 200 he found work in the solar industry. Shortly after, Rigo joins GRID Central Valley as a Construction Assistant.
