Julie Hadfield

Julie began as a volunteer with GRID in 2018 at the start of her career change and Masters of Engineering in Engineering Management program. With a professional background in higher education and program management, she now leads the systems and process improvement of residential and commercial solar construction projects. Julie has worked extensively with cross-departmental operations, overseeing numerous training programs, grants, and partnerships. She looks forward to continuing her growth in innovative, value-driven operational administration.
