Erik Rodriguez Cerda

Erik was born in Long Beach, CA and has lived in the Inland Empire for close to 16 years. While obtaining his B.A. in Philosophy at California State University, Long Beach, he joined and worked with various organizations –DSA, Unite Here, among others – committed to combatting injustice of all forms. After a stint in Human Resources post college, Erik decided to return to the work that he felt was most important and looked to GRID to help combat climate change and help the communities he called home. In his free time, Erik likes to travel, hike, listen to music, spend too much money on movies, and watch all the soccer he can.
