Fern Frisbie

Fern (they/them) is an east coast native who moved to California in the fall of 2021. They have a BS in environmental science with a minor in geology, and their passion areas include sustainable agriculture/food equity and environmental justice. Before GRID, Fern was a CivicSpark Fellow and served at the California Energy Commission under Chair David Hochschild. Fern joined GRID in 2022 as a SolarCorps Outreach Fellow and now works on the Outreach Operations team with Gaby Aguilar. They also are an EID representative at North Valley, along with Jorge Del Toro. In their down time, Fern loves to cook, bike, read, do lots of arts and crafts (they love to work with paper), and listen to music.
