Monica Slabaugh

Monica Slabaugh (she/her) is a photovoltaic construction leader based in Sacramento. She has expertise in solar installation from design to final inspection, including residential, commercial, rooftop, ground-mount, and battery/storage systems. Monica is the Construction Manager at GRID Alternatives North Valley, and is a certified residential electrician. Outside of her work at GRID Alternatives, Monica is a professor of solar energy technology at Cosumnes River College. She holds a bachelor of fine arts degree (sculpture) from Indiana University.
