We here at GRID North Valley were happy to have our former IBT-200 trainee, Rio take interest in our training program. As one of our youngest participants, his drive and work ethic matched his fellow trainees despite the difference in years of work experience. Rio is a self-driven, intelligent young professional. Alongside excelling in his academics with a 4.0 GPA, Rio ran two online sales businesses while attending high school.
He has a great sense of teamwork and understanding of the entire installation process. With his excellent listening skills he has been able to excel. Rio is interested in taking his first steps into the solar industry now that he finished the 200-hour program of Installation Basic Training with the North Valley Office. It was an honor to have such a talented young individual join us for our 5-week internship program. We look forward to Rio’s future in solar.
