She led the implementation of multiple social programs as Chief Operating Officer at International Company, training over 3,000 small business owners and women entrepreneurs in financial independence, technology, and sustainable entrepreneurship. Maria excels in coalition management and strategic planning, and she also contributed her expertise to significant research studies conducted by the International Labor Organization.
As the former President of the Nicaraguan Businesswomen Network and founder of a company, she has a strong background in women's empowerment and successful business ventures. With a solid academic background and ongoing pursuit of a master’s in project management.
