Nika Hogue
Director of Corporate Partnerships
Nika’s family arrived as refugees from then communist Romania when she was ten. Navigating life as an immigrant in San Diego and creating roots in the Inland Empire since, Nika is deeply committed to leveraging networks that build power in those communities that have been historically excluded.
Through her work at GRID, Nika builds partnerships with corporate leaders to highlight mission alignment and investments in environmental, social, and sustainability initiatives.
Nika contributes over 15 years of success in donor stewardship, communications, and strategic operations that span the private, nonprofit, and public sectors. Nika is passionate about building community as an active Rotarian, as an advocate for the creative arts in the Inland Empire, as a University of Redlands alumna, and by serving the mission of GRID to build community-powered solutions that advance economic and environmental justice.
Off-GRID, Nika is out volunteering, cooking her native Hungarian foods, and off the beaten path hiking or navigating an off-road trail with her husband and son.
