Aracely Rodriguez

Solar Outreach Coodinator
Aracely Rodriguez joined GRID Alternatives in July of 2021. She was previously employed as a community organizer for the Central Valley Immigrant Integration Collaborative, a non-profit organization that assists immigrant families with free legal services across the Central Valley. During her time in school, Aracely developed an interest in environmental justice and was always curious about how she could do her part in helping the environment. After learning about GRID and the work they do, and combining her passion for helping the community, she decided to apply for a position as an Outreach Coordinator for the Central Valley office. She has always been passionate about helping the community and has over four years of non-profit experience. She graduated from Monache High School in Porterville, CA, and earned an associate degree in sociology from Fresno City College. Aracely was born in the state of Michoacan, Mexico, and at the age of two moved to the small Tulare County town of Woodville, where she lived for 10 years before moving to Porterville. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, travelling, and taking nature walks and hikes.
