Meet Jesus 'Jesse' Rivas, our newest Outreach Coordinator from Bakersfield, California. Jesse is a Navy Reserve Veteran with 37 years of service. He is the youngest of ten siblings—TEN! Jesse has a passion for cycling and has been doing it all his life. He's a husband and a father.
