Erika Hubbard

Erika brings 15 years of leadership experience in operations, strategic business and partnership development for government and private sector clients. Specializing in strategic planning and proposal management in the energy efficiency sector, Erika will serve in the role as Government Grants Manager. Throughout her career, Erika has developed statewide energy efficiency, water conservation and air quality / emissions reduction programs resulting in long-term partnerships with education, government, and community-based organizations. Erika is proud to manage award-winning public information and education projects resulting in positive social equitable impacts in underserved communities locally, regionally and statewide. Erika holds a B.A. in Mass Communications and Journalism with emphasis in Marketing from California State University, Fresno and a certificate in Project Management from the University of California, Davis Extension.
