Sierra (she/her) holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and is a licensed Professional Engineer. Prior to GRID Alternatives, Sierra managed heavy-civil construction projects in the Bay Area. She is passionate about climate justice and equitable housing.
