Tanksi Clairmont

Tanksi Clairmont is the Director of the Tribal Solar Accelerator Fund, a new tribally focused program at GRID Alternatives. She is an enrolled member of the Sicangu Lakota and Sisseton-Wahpeton Dakota tribes. She has a master’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota, where she conducted original research and data collection on Native American collegiate student-athletes. More importantly, her personal and professional passions and experiences remain centered on working with and building capacity in tribal communities across Indian Country.
