Tracy Ruiz
Clean Mobility Outreach Program Manager
Tracy grew up in Los Angeles and received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Riverside, in Political Science. She went on to work for Habitat for Humanity before joining GRID Alternatives Inland Empire, later leading to her role in GRID HQ Outreach.
With her skills in community engagement and outreach, Tracy now serves as the Outreach Program Manager for Access Clean CA - focusing on statewide clean energy and clean mobility outreach and awareness. In her role, she strives to amplify the voices and stories of those most affected by climate change in partnership with organizations statewide.
