Panel discussion:
NAACP Solar Equity Initiative: Elevating Clean Energy as a Matter of Civil Rights, Tuesday, September 24, 12-1pm, Industry Trends Theater, Booth 7341: GRID is a proud supporter of the NAACP's Solar Equity Initiative! Join this conversation with NAACP Environmental & Climate Justice leaders as they talk about how to shift solar access into a movement, not just a market.

Panel discussion: Scaling Up Low and Moderate Income Access to Solar, Tuesday, September 24, 4-5pm, Salt Palace Convention Center, 251C: Moderated by Vote Solar's Melanie Santiago-Moser, GRID CEO Erica Mackie will be discussing innovative policies, programs, and financing strategies to reduce the barriers of low and moderate income solar access and ensure the clean energy revolution leaves no one behind. Other panelists include Noemi Gallardo of Sunrun and Garrett Nilsen of the U.S. Department of Energy Solar Energy Technologies Office. Requires full conference pass.

Panel discussion: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Clean Jobs Sector, Wednesday, September 25, 12 - 2pm, Installer Training Theater, Booth 137: Moderated by The Solar Foundation’s Andrea Luecke, GRID Mid-Atlantic Executive Director, Nicole Steele, will be sharing successful case studies about the equitable, inclusive, and diverse practices and approaches GRID has applied in order to make clean energy jobs and the renewable energy industry accessible to underrepresented groups. This session will feature interactive group discussions and role-playing that will allow participants to share their challenges in order to develop effective and realistic solutions.

Rising Women Fellows Toast: Wednesday, September 25, 4-6pm, Salt Lake Marriott Downtown at City Creek: GRID has partnered with WRISE for a third time to bring a group of up and coming solar women to SPI! Meet up with WRISE and toast their success! (RSVP required.)
