From SolarCorps Program Support Fellow to Program Coordinator in service with the HQ Workforce Development Department, Theresa Renee is driven by a passion for environmental justice, sustainability, and creating equitable pathways to clean energy security. Theresa brings a diverse background to the role, including experience in entrepreneurship, non-profit leadership, and international development.
As program coordinator, Theresa supports the Vice President of Workforce Development in advancing initiatives that create equitable access to clean energy careers. Her days are fulfilling and involve supporting advocacy and community initiatives, including national job fairs.
Outside of work, she enjoys listening to audiobooks and exploring the outdoors with her dogs, while completing her graduate studies. Her dedication to continuous learning and growth, fuels her commitment to GRID Alternatives' mission, expanding access to clean energy and careers for underserved communities.
