Courtney Williams

Courtney Williams is the National Program Director for the SolarCorps Fellowship Program at GRID Alternatives. Prior to joining GRID, Courtney spent a few years living in Rwanda and South Africa where she worked with dynamic organizations focused on education, community, and workforce development including an NGO that leveraged solar-powered cinema for social impact and the first higher-education institute for women in East Africa. Before moving abroad, Courtney was based in New York managing global training programs and large-scale professional development initiatives in the media and financial services industries while launching programs focused on underrepresented talent in eleven countries. Courtney has always enjoyed working with diverse communities and cultures from around the world and has a passion for helping people reach their highest potential.
