Support GRID’s IBT 200 training program
IBT 200 is central to GRID’s mission of making renewable energy technology and job training accessible to underserved communities. Our trainees are recruited from and learn in their own neighborhoods, while installing solar in partnership with low-income communities and communities of color -- helping to make the benefits of clean, renewable energy accessible to everyone. The curriculum and operations put in place by IBT 200 lay the foundation for other workforce development initiatives at GRID, which ultimately support entry into the solar industry through a variety of career pathways.
