Solar Equity Initiative

This year, Sunrun and GRID helped families go solar through the Solar Equity Initiative, a national collaboration with the NAACP aimed at driving equitable solar policies and connecting communities of color with solar power and solar jobs.

In May, we highlighted one of the success stories of the initiative, a solar installation in one of Los Angeles' oldest communities of color.
