Liza Nobel

Liza is a Californian who grew up thinking 70-degree weather every day was the norm. She studied literature at the University of California, Berkeley back in the ‘90s and got an MA while teaching literature at the University of Texas at Austin. Formative experiences for her include a summer spent in Tunisia; a year in Paris; and visiting relatives in Osaka and Ohio. In her work, she is driven by her love for the environment and belief in social justice and progressive social change.
