Mackenzie Parker

Mackenzie is a dedicated fundraising and grants professional with 13 years of experience cultivating major foundation, corporate, and individual donor relationships to drive organizational growth and achieve social impact. Mackenzie is passionate about bridging the gap between the needs of diverse communities and mainstream philanthropic approaches to build trust-based partnerships that empower people and advance equity and sustainability. Prior to joining GRID, Mackenzie served as Assistant Director of Major Gifts at the American Indian College Fund, where she contributed to significant institutional expansion and optimization over ten years. Mackenzie holds bachelor’s degrees in political science and music from the University of Northern Colorado.
