Roca Lagarto Eco-Hotel is owned and operated by Carina Rodriguez, a pioneering entrepreneur and boat captain with an innovative vision for her region of Mancarrón, Nicaragua. The national electric grid has not reached the developing area of Roca Lagarto in Mancarrón.  Carina aspires to provide her clients better services and clean, reliable electricity 24 hours a day.
