Staci Hoell

Senior SOMAH Workforce Development Manager
Staci leads workforce development for the Solar on Multifamily Affordable Housing (SOMAH) program. She is passionate about improving public health and building resilient communities through clean energy, green infrastructure, and economic opportunities. Prior to joining GRID, Staci managed transportation programs at the University of San Francisco and brings valuable experience in partnership development and program management to her role at GRID. She holds a Master of Public Health degree from the University of San Francisco with a focus on environmental health and chemical policy. She interned at the Green Science Policy Institute where she researched toxic chemicals in building materials and analyzed policies and green building programs that incentivize the use of healthier materials. She is originally from North Carolina but the natural beauty and abundant outdoor activities in California keep her in the Bay Area. On the weekends, Staci enjoys surfing, backpacking, and gardening.
